To support you in committing to your health and wellbeing - and bearing in mind many of you will be away for the Easter break - we're putting together a library of pre-recorded classes, available in the coming days.
A combination of 15 and 30 minute practices that fit neatly into your busy schedules and give you the freedom to practice from anywhere in the world, there's a choice of Yoga, Breathwork or Meditation to suit your needs on the day from your favourite HeartSpace teachers.
How to take part
The Spring Reset is free to join, you can sign up using the link below and you can either pick up a 21 day practice tracker card from the studio or download one to print at home.
Remember to complete the tracker every day you practice.
For every completed card we will donate £5 to WarChild - supporting children in war zones across the world - which makes this commitment to yourself a gift to others too.
