It's getting hot in here!

Infrared Heat comes to HeartSpace!

You may have noticed that our studios have been feeling a little warmer lately… that’s because we’ve recently installed infrared heating to make your practice even more comfortable and supportive.

So what is infrared heat?

Infrared heat works a little differently from traditional heating.

Instead of warming the air, it gently warms your body directly, much like the natural warmth you feel from sunlight (without any harmful UV rays). This creates an even, comfortable heat that supports the body during movement and relaxation.

Why we love it in the studio...

Infrared heat isn’t just about comfort - it can also support your wellbeing in several ways...

🌶 Improved circulation – gentle warmth helps stimulate blood flow and oxygen delivery around the body

🌶 Muscle relaxation - heat can help ease tight muscles and reduce stiffness

🌶 Support for joints and mobility – particularly helpful if you arrive feeling a little creaky

🌶 Encourages a healthy sweat – helping the body release impurities

🌶 Deep relaxation – many people find the warmth calming and grounding

🌶  Because infrared heat warms the body rather than blowing hot air around the room, the studio stays warm without feeling stuffy or dry, making it perfect for yoga and mindful movement.

MONTHLY HOT 26 90 MINUTE CLASS

Hot26 is a traditional hot yoga sequence practiced in a heated room, designed to systematically work the whole body.

This original style of hot yoga focuses on strength, flexibility, balance and circulation, with each posture carefully sequenced to prepare the body for the next. The heat supports deep stretching, increased mobility and a strong connection to breath and focus.  You’ll be encouraged to work at your own pace, rest when needed, and meet your body where it is on the day.

Guided by experienced hot yoga teacher Vinna Barber, the class offers clear instruction, steady support and a grounding, empowering practice that leaves you feeling both challenged and deeply refreshed.

This monthly 90 minute class is suitable for all levels.
