What is Skills & Drills? A 90-minute workshop focused on "the float." Dav breaks down the mechanics of jumping back and forward with drills to build the core strength and shoulder stability needed for seamless transitions.

Built for intermediate practitioners ready to move beyond stepping. If you want more lightness and "air time" in your Sun Salutations, you’re in the right place. Ready to fly?


How will it feel?
High-energy and playful. You’ll feel the burn in your stabilizers and the thrill of finding "micro-moments" of lift in a supportive space that celebrates the process over perfection.

 Sweat | Focus | Flow

What is Hot 26? It’s a powerful, systematic sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. designed to systematically strengthen and detoxify the body.


Is this for me? The sequence and poses are beginner-friendly and low-impact, focusing on foundational alignment rather than complex transitions. If you can breathe, you can do this!


How will it feel? During class you’ll feel the challenge of the heat and the focus of the breath. It’s intense, but incredibly grounding. After class expect to feel the "yoga high" lighter, mentally sharp and a sense of deep calm followed by a great night’s sleep!


The Essentials: Wear light, moisture-wicking gear. You’re going to sweat, so wear something you feel comfortable moving in. Mats and props provided. Bring a yoga towel if you like and a water bottle.


Preparation: hydrate well throughout the day and avoid eating a heavy meal 2-3 hours before class.
