Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning after time away, our weekly Yoga Foundations class is a welcoming and empowering way to connect with YOUR practice, YOUR way
Curious about yoga but not sure where to start? Yoga Foundations is for you.
This class is perfect for complete beginners, and also for anyone who wants to revisit the basics and build a confident, grounded practice.
Each month we explore a new theme, giving you the chance to discover something fresh and helpful every time you step on the mat.
All you need is yourself.
Bring an open mind and a willingness to explore - we’ve got mats, blocks, bolsterS and everything else you could need.
No previous experience or flexible body required.
Take your time, move at your own pace, and learn how to make yoga truly work for your body.
Taught in a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere, this course is ideal for absolute beginners as well as seasoned yogis looking to reconnect with the basics.
